High Five Friday for Holiday's

Holiday breaks are for lazing around and letting the lethargy sink into your bones.

Holiday breaks are for playing 'honey roulette' where one or more of the sticks of honey is jalapeno flavored ~ yuck. 

Holiday breaks are for baking Danish aebleskivers!

Holiday breaks are for trying new things and tasting new flavors. 

It became apparent that we were not sure if we should feel fascinated, ensnared or appalled at the taste of salmiakki. Apparently it takes a bit of time to become accustomed to the salty licorice flavor.  But according to Drew and Bear it tastes just fine in the chocolate bar.

Holiday breaks are for walks beside a winter wonderland lake as the sun sets on Christmas Day.

Holiday breaks are for making snow angels.
