Sounds interesting. Bet he was able to explain in a way that stuck, and politely too. Pretty darn cool!
He sure can ~ I was standing there when one of the (many UAF) Vice Chancellors came up to his poster so the kid started over with the presentation and at first the look on the Vice's face was wonderment like she was not sure she understood but by the middle end the kid was able give real time/world examples of why this type of research could be important and the Vice Chancellor shook his hand, said great job and walk away feeling enlightened!
Both boys have the gift!
