Wolves

An old Grandfather told his Grandson, "My son there is a battle between two wolves inside us all.  One is evil.  It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.  The other is good.  It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy, and truth."

The Grandson thought about it and asked, "Grandfather which wolf wins?"

The Grandfather quietly replied, "The one you feed".

Oh so true! And this story is so easy to remember and relate to. Thanks for sharing. We hope that you get a break in the weather soon. We are getting snowstorms here today with cold temps...but nothing like what you have up there. Stay warm and know that we love you. Love to all! Mom

Dearest Julia,

It is like you posted this for me. So many of our conversations have lead to this, and it is I who decides who shall feast, and who shall not. I have to keep remembering that. Thank you for the reminder. Love you.
