Olympus TG-3 Macro Shots

When I am out and about, either in my own back yard or the world abroad, I am always drawn to the macro-sphere and the textures of life that surround us. So it makes total sense to take our new traveling camera out for a test drive in the up-close and personal world.

What do you think?

I love this kind of detail. Macro photography capitalizes on the inherent strengths of the medium; namely taking the all-too-easily unnoticed elements of the world around us, enlarging them, and giving us time to consider them more thoughtfully.

Seems like a worthwhile endeavor to me....

Thanks... that is exactly what I would say if the words could be found. Thanks for finding and sharing them.
