Do you ever find yourself doing things just because you have always done them that way, because they are a part of your routine? If you do things just because you’ve always done them, and they do not make you happy anymore, it might be time to make a change.
Life is filled with routine, those daily habits that some might call mundane but these habits should make you feel good about your daily life. And if your day to day habits do not, then why are you partaking in routines that do not make you happy?
It might be high time for me to make a list of the good and not so good parts of my daily life and see how I can make my day to day an even better place to be.
